HI
I have a duron 900(200 FSB) running on a jetway 663AS Pro board using the kt133 chipset.
The normal temperature i get is 39 degrees Centigrade Cpu temperature and 31 degrees system temperature using the VIA hardware moniter V2.04
When i overclock it to 1008 Mhz(112*9) the system is still very stable and gives no problems at all.
What i am worried is when i increase the fsb from 100/33 to 112/37 (33 becomes 37) .Is this bad for the hard disk?
Is there any chance of damaging anything?
The temperatures after overclocking are the same!!!!!!!
(Note this is with the cabinet OPEN ..when closed the cpu temp goes upto 45C)
Also what else can i do to speed up the system.
My motherboard does not have any option to set the clock multiplier...i suppose cause the cpu is locked . So if i connect the L1 bridge will this option show up in the bios?
Also ..what are dangerous temperatures for an duron 900 .. many sites say 90 degrees C is this true?
Suppose i can access the clock multiplier after unlocking the cpu how high do u thing i can take the cpu with my current cooling.

1 Exhaust Fan
1 Cabinet front Fan(sucking in air)
Thermaltake heat sink and fan (I think it is a Volcano 2)
Any Other suggestions would be highly appreciated!
