    K7S5A cpu max

    hi im looking to upgrade my CPU for my motherboard ..i have a K7S5A im wondering what is the fastest/highest xp chip it can handle..and is the mp chipset compatable ??

    AMD says K7S5A v3.0 is OK for any available XP.

    WHere is my version?

    I looked on my MB and was unable to locate on the board or listed in the computers info.what version my Motherboard is ..how can i tell ?

    Look for the small white sticker near the last PCI slot for the revision number. Regards,
