    PIII for PII swap OK?

    Can anyone think of a reason why I should NOT swap a P3 onto a mobo with a P2? The system is dead (no boot) and I want to check if the problem is the cpu. Thanks in advance!

    Maybe the BIOS does not support the p3, what mobo is it?
