    FS: 500mhz PIII slot 1 with mobo

    SLOT 1 PIII 500 and Motherboard from a HP 8562. Works great just need to upgrade. Motherboard fits well in any ATX case and I am including the Modem and Soundcard that comes with it. (Although are not of the highest quality) They are two seperate cards but work as a combo. The drivers are on the HP website.

    $85.00 shipped

    There is no PIII 500 slot 1 listed at pricewatch but there is a 450 and 550 so I picked a price in between.


    If anyone wants just the chip, I will sell it for $50.00 shipped.

    The HP site is useless - can you give me specs on mobo (assuming it has at least the 2 pci slots for the cards - dimm, other?) Any proprietary junk/hardware I need to worry about?

    I would plan to use generic PC133 memory and would also want to check to see if the mobo is gonna have a problem with it.
