?anyone know some good tech sites?

I have a friend who would like to learn more about computers; mainly software...I gave him a list of sites which included SysOpt's @ the top, anandtech, tom's hardware, etc.
But, I would like any and all suggestions!

Please post as many as u like, thanks!

www.techimo.com should help your friend. The message boards here are a good resource, as well as tomshardware.com, hardocp.com, and anandtech.com

I can't believe after everything that people have done here that they would get rid of Scott and edit posts that give the address of the new site where Scott is along with all of the old names you grew to trust and respect. Well for noe the url is http://66.39.95.116 I wonder how long it will take before they edit it out. Used to be you could advertise other sites but not anymore....Its over here......sad but true

Unfortunately, my humble abode is not furnished with the internet, and the computers I'm using do not allow me to register @ techimo.com, so just consider me a member until it's official!

I am like so many others, including Scott, an entrepeneur...I believe that change in the end tends to be positive, so far www.techimo.com looks like an improvement

Good luck for those who believe in it...as for me, I'll do the best to keep my business running too!
