    Hd Set-up

I am going to put a 4.3 gig drive in system and transferring some data that has some programs that does not run under a fat 32 file system. My question is if I do not select large hardisk support and format in fat16 will I be able to set another partion and use the other 2 gig of the hard disk . The bios recognizes the 4 gig. And Iwas hopping to get a2gig "C:" drive and a 2gig "D:" drive formatted Fat16

Sure no problem, partition C: as primary and set it to active then partition D: as a extended partition.
