Additional events are to be held in atleast 15 other cities, though AMD has not released the upcoming schedule yet. Maybe you are talking about a different event? St. Louis is not one of the six cities listed and in the rules it states that it is a drawing and is open to all.

I believe AMD only released this PR project to its registered resellers, but I already know of a couple of unemployed college students that received the free products with no problems. The actual promotion rules mention nothing about being a reseller. ??

    Hmmm

I wonder what attendance is like.. since it is a drawing
with no guarantee of coming away with any goodies.

I'd drive down if I thought the odds were pretty good.
I'd be bummin' if I got skunked after a couple hours of driving.

Then again, an xp 1800 WOULD be nice, and you gotta
    play to win...

Don't forget to be there by 6:00 am!

That means you have to leave at 3:30 in the morning!

I wonder how many will show at that hour of the morning anyway.

I guess they give away 200 setups at these outings.

So if only 100 people show up maybe we can get 2 each!

    Nahh

Though a XP1800 (or should I say 1533) CPU would be nice and free... hope they make it to atleast Atlanta I can make it there in 2 and a half hours..

Nashville or Knoxville would be great!!!!
