assuming that you are talking about windows problems or stuff with software, i suggest norton systemworks. it has norton utilities, plus anti-virus, and cleansweep which is good at freeing up spsace. the norton suite is pretty much the best one you can get for windows problems. if you're talking hardware, try sisoft's sandra. that'll give you a lot of information about your PC's hardware.
