    ECCp Client Install Error

I was looking at the install.LOG file genereate by the ECCp Client during install on my computer at work.

    Pentium III 850
    Win NT 4.0

The last line of the file says:
Registry error: unable to increment shared file reference counts.

The client seems to be running fine, just wondering what it might be. My guess is that it is related to the fact that I'm not an Administrator.

    Any ideas?

that count number is the number of programs using that dll and is incremented by 1 at install time. at uninstall time, that count number is decreased by 1 and if reaches 0, it removes the dll from your system. (possibly it might prompt you first). that way multiple applications that use the same dll, don't have to have a copy in their directory but can share it in windows\system32 for example. you don't have anything to worry about.
