I believe the p2 350 is clock locked so u will need to change the FSB. What's you're motherboard manufacturer & i may be able to help also try checking the

    overclocking database for ideas

sorry WELCOME please forgive me :o

    WELCOME!

If Intel manufactured your MB, overclocking may not be possible.
You need to find a manual for your board to identify the jumpers that determine the clock frequency. The clock should be set to 100MHz presently, and needs to be pushed higher.

I have read the Instruction manual, but the only thing i found was a jumper that u could replace to another position.
Then it goes to maintaince mode were i was be able to set the processor speed and clear the password. But the only problem is that i flashed the bios a while ago and now i can only clear the password..
    What should I do next?

Sorry, but We'll need more to work with.
The make and model of the board would help.

    Intel Pentium II processor/100mhz externally
    L1 cache 32 kb
    L2 cache 512 kb
    Intel 440BX AGPset
    System bios chip 2mb
bus type PCI(version2.1), ISA and AGP
    data bus width 64 bits
    adress bus width 32 bits
    7 DMA channels
    15 interrupt levels

This is all the stuff I found.
    is this what you ment?

    Not exactly!
This is pretty generic stuff. If we could determine the manufacturer of the board we might possibly find the information on how to get the clock speed up.
Look carefully at the board for silk screening. Sometimes you get lucky and the jumper designations are there. You might find manufacturer information between the expansion slots.
If you only see a stray jumper here and there it does not bode well for overclocking. I would think that a PII-350 would be a little old to have a CMOS CPU setup
Then again, it is a BX chipset...

    Good Luck
