No Details error pop-up msgs [kernel etc]

Heyal,

heres one, when we get the kernel, gpf's ipf's, fe's there is only the ie:<rundll.exe caused error in kernel32.dll> close etc etc
but no details?

I know I know WinME huh? go ahead I can take it....hmmm?

just is there a way to change it?
