Wanted, Dead or Deader
I'm looking for some CPUs to experiment with, and use as props for some training sessions. If anyone has some dead P2/P3/Celeron/K7/etc chips laying around I'd be interested in them. I always cringe when I'm forced to pass a nice working chip around a room. If you have any obscure obsolete chips hanging around I may have an interest too.
Let me know what you got, either by email, or here. Email is prefered, but comments here are fine too.

I have a Pentium that you can have for free. Since your intent is educational, shipping is on me
If you want it send me your info and I'll drop it in the mail.

Thanks very much for all the support. I've been a bit swamped lately to respond.
I do have a wide selection of 486 chips, from SX 20s to X5 133s I prolly have them all. I also cover the Pentium class fairly well, but there are a few holes I'm missing for my history board. Especially missing is the P60/66 style.
Unfortunately, what I really lack are later generation chips, like the Px, early celeron, and etc. I know there are less of these lying in the scrap bins, but I thought I'd stab in the dark.
Zotzmein: I'll drop you an email in the morning.
Mntsnow: I've got stacks of Winchips. The company I work for used a lot of them, so dead/broken ones were around.
All: Thanks again for the offers. I'd like to put up a history page with pics of every different CPU I have available eventually. I'll be sure to let you all know if I ever get it done.

One Pentium is a 120 Overdrive created to replace a 66/75 Pentium.
The second chip is a first generation Pentium 90, which means you could reproduce the calculation error. This chip actual works but it’s got two seriously bent pins.(A prime example of why ZIF means zero insertion force.)
I may also have a Slot 1 Celeron 400 that you could have, that is if one of my friends hasn't absconded with the chip. Tech nerds just love to dissect things.

Zotz Mein

I've been looking for a dead P200 elsewhere and have added a link to this at both Host and Mr C's
http://www.hostclub.net/ubb/Forum7/HTML/000590.html
Hope this helps!
Also, you didn't mention the earlier chips. If it's any help, I've a 386DX40 (soldered on board) with a 387 mathco. Mathco has broken pin & shorted out the whole thing, but it looks great & I'd like to see it go to some good use. Was my first self-built machine, and I just never threw it out!
