Can anyone shed any light onto this motherboard. I believe it is also known as the MicroStar 6380, but with raid.

It has the VIA VT8366/ VT8233 chipset, is this a good reliable chipset??

    Thanx

I'm using it with a 1.4GHz clocked at 1500, with 5125 of DDR. With the Savage AGP, everything seems ok. CPU temp is about 59C while running SETI - room temp is 30C.

I will try to change the video card to an ATI 64MB DDR RADEON VIVO, possibly next week.

I just purchased a K7T- Turbo...VIA c/s, more or less the same board - DDR and RAID. About to put it together soon. I've read reviews on it, and those and the price are more or less what made my decision. We'll see what happens!

MSI is one of the better motherboard manufacturers, but it seems like the DDR motherboards in general haven't been doing that well in reviews. They don't give that great of a performance increase and there has been some compatibility issues.
