    Voodoo 3 3000D overclocking

    i am looking for a good OC'ing tool for the voodoo 3 3000D...currently, it is running at the normal speed, and i would like it to go faster and give me a better resolution than i have atm..could someone plz post me a website as to where to find a tool???

    no...i cant stand them...any other sites that have one???the reason i dont dl from voodoo files is there drivers dont work for the voodoo 3

    Hmmn - only place i can find decent Voodoo 3 drivers for 2k myself

    ok...tnx...also, i am looking to OC my slot 1 p3 450 to mebbe 500 or 550...any software that may b able to do that??? or some reference as to where the jumpers for the multipliers are on my board???

    It can be don to some extend from the BIOS - as for the jumpers you'll need to check your mobo manual

    I had the V3 3000 and got mad O'clocks out of it. Just strap two small fans on the HS with plastic zippys like I did and will go way higher than bare HS.

    thats what i plan on doin, as the thing is runnin hot with only a bare heatsink...burnt myself on it...lol...but, i dont have a mobo manual to check on my board...its a second hand, partially rebuilt after being gutted by a friend computer....and how can i do that through the bios Jakk???

    Download a utility called AIDA 32 and the mobo diagnostics shoudl give you the maake/manuf - post em here and we'll do some snooping for ya

    As for the voodoo3's they do run madly hot,strap a couple of fans to the existing HS and then add one to the rear of the card (heat rises) and that shoudl help no end
