    How fast of an upgrade can i expect

    hey guys i have a 2 year old Gateway PC running a 550 P3 SECC(Katami core) with an intel mobo with 100FSB and using 256 Micron PC100 SDRAM. I know by just looking at these few specs my upgrade options are little but i wanted to know whats the fastest processor i can put on this mobo. I believe the fastest processor i can upgrade to is a P3 600 which is not even worth considering. Oh by the way, the board doesnt support the coppermine processors to make my upgrade options even more smaller. Any info would be greatly appreciated guys. Thanks

    It looks like you answered your own question you can only go up to a 600 Katami (the fastest Katami they made).
