printer stays "offline" after new DSL wireless installed
I'm running Windows 8.1 with an Epson Workforce 845 setup on a network with a DSL wireless router.
Everything worked fine until I installed a new DSL wireless router (which is the same brand as I previously had which worked fine on this computer). I configured the printer manually without using a USB cable. The printer says that it's connected to the network and the WiFi light on the printer is green. However now I can't print anything. The printer says its offline and nothing I do will get it online.
I've searched the Internet and Epson's site but can't find any answers. Any ideas?

I have two computers on this network. One works fine with the printer so I know that the printer is set up correctly to connect with the network.

Did you uninstall, reboot , the reinstall on the one that does not connect?

I'm so sorry, I should have thought to uninstall and reinstall. I did that and all is well. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

A very common fix for printers which we tend to forget.
Glad it worked for you.
