Thread: Can not install iTunes

    Can not install iTunes

    When I click to install iTunes, I get this message:


    There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.
    A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run.
    Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    sys spec:
    hp pavilion dv7-1183cl laptop
    4g ram
    500g hdd
    Win7 x64
