    I can't install windows 7 or 8

I have INtel D101GGC and after i install windows 8 or 7 I can't play videos in full quality nor can I play games. I can't even play NDS games cause the graphics is just spunk. Don't anyone have windows 7 and 8 drivers for old PC's.

The on board graphics are the pits. Get a graphics card and install it.

The ATI Radeon Xpress 200 chipset consists of the following devices:
    • ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Northbridge
    • IXP 450 Southbridge
The ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Northbridge is a centralized controller for the system bus, the memory
bus, and the PCI Express bus. The ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Northbridge also provides integrated
graphics capabilities supporting 3D, 2D and display capabilities. The IXP 450 is a centralized
controller for the board’s I/O paths. The FWH provides the nonvolatile storage of the BIOS.

The fact that you were somehow able to get Windows 7 to install on that thing at all beforehand is a miraculous achievement of its own. In otherwords, no. Get a better graphics card, and if you haven't already, get more RAM.

But really, you probably shouldn't be running anything newer than Windows XP on that PC given its limitations.

Win 7 should install and run with a good video card and maxing out the ram. Best bet, get a newer mobo and components.

If you can't afford the hardware, then you can't run Windows 7. No amount of software tweaking will change that fact.
