Internal Cardreader and winxp wrongly signalling write-protection on SD-card

Only on winxp- PC2 windows and the internal cardreader are wrongly signalling that one 4gb sd-card is writeprotected but its not.
I can write incamera but not save on pc.
Everything is ok on PC1, with the same cardreader.
Card is working properly in usb-cardreader attached as slave on internal cardreader.
    Formatting is possible with sd-formatter4.
I think its a softwareProblem. How can i remove all remains of that internal cardreader?

On winxp-PC1 everything is ok. Even when using the same internal cardreader. Thank you very much.

Boot to SAfe Mode, go into device manager and remove all traces of the device.
Reboot and test. It should be OK.
