No. You only download the one that matches your OS. For 64bit, you would get the following:
windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe 903.2 MB
0x0000001E still seems to point to memory. What is your memory configuration? Maybe you need to run memtest86+ again. If you did 3 full passes last time, then try at least 6 or 8. You could also remove some ram and trying the install again from the beginning.
You can also try googling 0x0000001E windows 7

Hi aj02121985,
Dell Computers have integrated diagnostics tools that run outside windows, i think the key to press when computing is rebooting is F12. There you'll have all kind of tests, including memory and hard drive.
If you have 2 memory sodimm try to remove one and reboot, work with the computer for a while and see what happens and then put it back on and remove the other one and repeat the test. Don't you have a friend with a laptop with same type of memory? that way you can see what happens with another ram.
"Random" failures are the worst to diagnose and are a pain in the ****.
