    Switch for multiple PCS(3)

    I need a switch for 3 PCS attaching wireless usb-mouse, usb-keyboard, and vga/DVI-monitor.
Actually i have an old switch for 2 pcs, vga, ps2x2
If i had a second one i could manage three pcs.
BUT: i cannot use the wireless usb-mouse attached. thats why i am attaching mice on pcs directly.

Is there a switch accepting wireless mouse? Thanks a lot

Take a look at the KVM switches, some of they use USB instead of PS/2, and a wirekess mouse should work.

A 4 port KVM should be what you want to have.

    Examples:

Make sure the cables come with it.

Depending on the connectors of the KVM, you should be able to use a wireless mouse. To the KVM the wireless receiver just looks like a typical USB mouse.

I am undecided which versions of the switch i should get.

    1. dvi or vga
I could use adapters on both connectors.
but i dont know yet which advantages i can get by using dvi.
    dont yet have a cable-
    2. usb or ps2
If i am using my wireless usb-mouse do i have to connect the cables exclusively only on usb-port? Its certainly a silly unneeded question but with all the adaptors... i am not sure.
as i already said: usb-wireless-mouse is not working on my usb-vga-switch. Thanks again

The USB reciever would plug into the KVM switch. Personally, I can not see any difference in VGA, DVI, etc. So I usxse VGA which I have a lot of cables already.
