Firefox crashes- Found a threat
About two weeks ago, Firefox start crashing like never before. Not immediately but more and more.
Now afte running Superantispyware and running processexplorer possibly i have found the threat.
it could be pesfdisk.exe found here
PESFDISK IM PROCESSEXPLORER PID 2416
WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\PESFDISK.EXE 11.3.2013 ANWENDUNG
WINDOWS\pchealth\ERRORREP\UserDumps\pesfdisk.ex... ... 17.3.2013 HDMP-DATEI 17.03.2013
---
i didnt remove it yet. want to do more onlinescans. have uploaded it to virustotal.
there one can also find: iconforamazon.exe which i received also at about the same time. unfortunately i dont have a time anymore.
what is this pchhealth\errorrep\userdumps mentioned above.
i didnt see anything at that date, 6 days afterwards.
i have a clean systempartition-backup. not risking anything and do the saveback?
firefox is already removed. want to try a new installation and check if crashing is gone.
Should i reinstall the stable version 19.0.2 or instable beta 21? I have multiple other options, other drives to use. but newest problem is unfortunately on newest fresh installation.
Thanks a lot

Since people at a firefox and trojan-forum said my system is severely damaged i wanted to know why. I remembered these instructions:
http://www.hijackthis-forum.de/tipps...n-malware.html
and the very first program there-STINGER found backdoors,
SUPERHIDDEN in Chrome. Firefox was removed beforehand. maybe should not have done that.
Will now format systempartition and save back a backup i made four days before the Firefox crashing-parade began!
