Laptop Battery

I need a new battery for a Dell XPS M1330 (not Red). The spec for the original battery are:
NT349 14.8 Volt 37WH. Most replacements list the NT349 for the XPS M1330 at 11.1 volts and a higher WH, 58WH for example.

Will this power the XPS M1330 properly??
