New Google Account-Still blocked?

In google-forum when i checkes some weeks ago they say new members cannot open a new account. I could rename an unused one. But this procedure could not be possible.
Is opening a new account still blocked? Thanks

Not sure what you're saying. Are you having issues opening a new gmail email account or a member account in their support forum?

I will try again to open a new YT-account and then i will lead to the thread in google-or YT-forum.

I could open a new account. The earlier tried names were already used.
