Broken web images and youtube errors

I have an Acer netbook and it has been giving me some problems lately. One is that random images will only load half way, and then occasionally Youtube videos will fail to load due to some kind of encoding error (reloading a few times usually fixes it). See the attached files for reference.

I have three computer in the house, and this netbook is the only one exhibiting these problems. It was doing this right when I bought it, and recently I installed an SSD, and even after doing a clean install of Windows, these problems are still persisting. I'm starting to think maybe there is a hardware problem, maybe with the wireless card? It doesn't appear to be dropping any packets. I've never had this happen before, so any advice is appreciated.

Have you ever cleaned out the Temp folder?

The more temp files get into those folders, can lead to what you are seeing.
