    Outlook 2007 Permissions issue

    Hey guys. I just recently worked on my uncles computer. I did the usual clean up of files and malware/spyware scans, as well as use CCleaner to clean up some old files & registry. Now suddenly whenever he uses his Email, everything he clicks tells him he doesn't have permission and should ask his administrator....even tho he is the administator. What can I do to fix this? This happens with Hyperlinks and attatchments.
