Asus P4S800D-X Bad BIOS Checksum. Starting Bios Recovery...

My friends computer is coming up with Bad BIOS Checksum. Starting Bios Recovery...
    It is a Asus P4S800D-X.

I have tried the cd and downloading and renaming bios files to the P4S800DX with different versions.

But all come up with error "Failed to flash!"

I don't know what to do now...and this board has the bios solider in.

Is the a BIOS protection jumper enabled?

Have you tried changing the battery?

Changed the battery, no luck there.
I do not see a protection jumper listed in the manual for this board.

Can you boot into the BIOS to check the settings?

Have you tried clearing the BIOS yet?

Can't boot into BIOS. It goes straight into BIOS recovery mode for Asus Crash Free BIOS.
And yes I tried clearing it.

I am going to see if I can get into Asus EZ Flash, but I doubt I can if I can not get into BIOS itself.

I can not go into EZ Flash.
It goes into Crash Free right away...and fails.

After I reconnect the power supply from wall AC cord, my PC cannot start normally.
The BIOS always need to recovery. Can I solve this problem from online " BIOS updated" ?
