In theory you shouldn't need a driver.
What happens when you plug it in?

Azio would be the only company that would have any need to make a driver for their products.

When I plugged it in, OS ask to look for a driver online and on computer and ask for disk if one came with it. Then it says it cannot find a driver for it.

Azio has drivers for 98, ME and I know this did work with XP with my old computer.
    But Vista? who knows?

Per the Azio site, you should not need a driver after Windows ME edition.
What I suggest is try another motherboard USB port or go through a Powered
USB hub and see what happens. Also check in Disk Management and see if
it shows up in there. It should be just plug and play as Steve said.

It sees it in Device Manager under USB but it cannot update a driver for it. Therefore
    it does not work.
