Manual switch for Internet backup connection?

I can only assume there is some kind of device available where I can plug both my Cable and DSL internet connections into that will allow me to manually turn a knob/switch to swap between which connection I want to use for the internet.

In my case, this is for a backup internet connection. I use Insight Cable as primary. But, now have DSL as a backup. Any thoughts?

    Thanks,
    Brian

I think you're talking about a dual WAN router. Haven't looked into those in a while, so I'm not sure what's current.

    Something like this:

yes, something like that would be fine. I guess since the outside / WAN IP would be different for either internet connection, it isn't as simple as I was thinking.

Looks like ZyXel has something as well. Thanks for the tip.
