Solved
I could finally run chkdsk in save mode. partition c was scanned at startup afterwards.

If you want to scan a special drive (SATA, SCSI) with the CD, you must load the drivers for it while loading the command prompt. You do that the same way that you load Windows - press F6 to load 3rd-party storage drives.

during installation-after F6 i had to press Z and then driver was asked on Afloppyfrive). my sata-files SI 3112...are 1.63mb. what now?
Main question is: How do i prevent my system starting chdsk at startup?
will redo the steps here:

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question perfectly. If you don't have a floppy *or* there is no option for using a floppy (this may be the case for Vista and 7), then use the appropriate drive to load the drivers.
If you mean that the drivers take up too much space for a 1.44MB floppy, you may have to delete some files from the package after unzipping them. Look for extra languages and delete those - like Spanish (SP) and French (FR), etc. Also look for extra operating systems that you do not need like Win2000 (W2K), Vista, etc.
To prevent CHKDSK from running, click Start > Run > CMD > Ok.
At the prompt, type CHKNTFS /X C: > Enter. You can substitute any drive letter for C:.

I'm running XP SP3 Pro on an SATA HD, usually the way I run chkdsk is:
chkdsk c: /f /r
You have to reboot the system to get chkdsk to check drive c:.

so, imperion1, you have used the winxp-cd-method-sata-driver-installation?

As far as I know, you must use a floppy drive to install storage drivers in XP.
