New Mail Desktop Alert notification for second email account
I am using an outlook 2003 for a POP email account.
The email address is email@example.com,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,which is used as the primary email address
Then I needed to create another account called firstname.lastname@example.org and I used it on the same outlook 2003 as for email@example.com.
I created a folder called: “COLLECTORS” within inbox and I created a filter to redirect emails to the admin from the inbox to COLLECTORS folder.
Now When I received new emails through firstname.lastname@example.org, I would receive an New Mail Desktop Alert notification from the system try .
How can I enable or configure an New Mail Desktop Alert notification from the system try for email@example.com account????
Removing the filter/message rule would do the trick. Could then manually move the mail.
Or maybe just change the rule so it is
Drop the prefix .. this way anything from
that domain should trigger the alert.

Within a filter configuration there is an option called : "display a Desktop Alert" ticking that will solve the issue.
