New Mail Desktop Alert notification for second email account
Hi
I am using an outlook 2003 for a POP email account.
The email address is forums@hinew.com.ar,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,which is used as the primary email address
Then I needed to create another account called admin@hinew.com.ar and I used it on the same outlook 2003 as for forums@hinew.com.ar.
I created a folder called: “COLLECTORS” within inbox and I created a filter to redirect emails to the admin from the inbox to COLLECTORS folder.
Now When I received new emails through forums@hinew.com.ar, I would receive an New Mail Desktop Alert notification from the system try .
How can I enable or configure an New Mail Desktop Alert notification from the system try for admin@hinew.com.ar account????

Removing the filter/message rule would do the trick. Could then manually move the mail.

Or maybe just change the rule so it is
@hinew.com.ar
Drop the prefix .. this way anything from
that domain should trigger the alert.

Within a filter configuration there is an option called : "display a Desktop Alert" ticking that will solve the issue.
