local network ceased
Hi folks
I am running XP home on both my PC and Laptop, 1gig memory on each of them and have always shared the network by wireless connection, downloading from one machine to the other and It always worked faultlessly.
Now all of a sudden, when I try to connect them I can see the folders on the other machine but a message comes up saying not enough space on the server to carry out the command.
Could my ISP be at fault? or is a setting gone awry?
Please assist

The PC has 37 Gig free and the laptop 4.9 gig free.
The message reads: not enough server storage is available to process the command.

Open Event Viewer and check for error ID 2011. If its present expect an IRPStackSize bug. There are plenty of hits with Google with the same fix.

Many many thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I had to put the IRPStackSizekey in the registry on both machines, now everything works normal.
