    Keypad acting crazy

Hi, I have a Acer Aspire 4520 that is driving me nutty. When I am trying to type as now, my little line, (I don't know the proper name) will jump backwards into the middle of a sentence you have completed. Can someone help. Thanks.

Little Line as in "the cursor?"

    Has it always done this?
Are you POSITIVE you aren't hitting the tab key or something?

You're probably brushing the pad with your hands as you type. This is a common problem that only you can alleviate by being more deliberate. Try a different sitting position.

Or disable the touchpad and plug in an external USB mouse.

Adjusting the sensitivity settings on the touchpad may help, but it will be a real pain to get it right.

Spend $20 and buy a new keyboard. It takes 10 minutes to replace.
