    free incoming fax software?

    does anyone know of any free incoming fax software?

    i would like to avoid tying up the phone line.

    i used to use efax messenger for it but it doesnt install on 64-bit o/s

    All Windows versions come with some sort of fax software - either already installed in Accessories > Communications or available on the installation CD.

    right but that entails tying up a phone line.. im looking for some sort of free efax software to avoid tying up a phone line.. perhaps get a free efax phone number as well...

    efax.com has it but you need to download their messenger and it doesnt work for 64bit
