Best file comparison app and "search for long file name" app

I use Genie backup and have been having issues with files that have apparently too long path names. It is VERY time consuming to check my source and target paths' properties pages to determine which subfolders are missing files, etc. Is there a program that can compare two folders and lets you know who is missing what?

Also, is there a programs that can scan a HDD or folder with subfolders that tells you which paths are too long? Thanks! -Zillion

You will likely have to download the help file (freecommander.chm) separately, extract and copy it to the FreeCommander folder in Program Files.
