    Web Image Issue

    Our Receptionist has an issue with certain elements on webpages not rendering correctly. We get the same issue only on her machine Running Windows XP Pro Tried IE 7 and Firefox. It is hard to explain so hopefully the images can 1st image is her machine the 2nd is mine. It is like the backgrounds for certain buttons or menus don't show.


    The Red shows the difference and I cannot find anything on her machine that is different than mine
    Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

    Looks like your user is using a different xp theme.

    Did you try reseting it to the defaults?
    Display properties - Appearance - Windows XP style (or Windows Classic style)

    Midknyte, thanks for the reply, She was running a modified theme but changing back to the default XP or the Classic didn't fix it. But really I hadn't thought about those settings. When she goes to lunch I will see if some other settings under display might be the cause.
