    Thanks for your email John, telling me that you're unable to order a free SIM card as our website isn't accepting your postcode.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're an issue in ordering a free SIM card on our website and asking me to email you two SIM cards to your address.

    I'm sorry to let you know that we wouldn't be able to email you the SIM cards. However, I'd advise you to contact our Websales who'd surely help you in ordering the SIM cards.
    I did give them my Snail addy ..... But they just decidedto be a bit ..... Well dumb maybe

    At least the customer service agents in the UK are honest about their name. Here you'd get some guy who clearly is Indian saying "Hello, my name is Joe, how can I help you today?"
