    Vista Home Edition HELP

I aquired a preowned Toshiba Laptop A215-S7437 with the Factory disks. I installed the factory disks which erased all files and programs and put it back as it was NEW.

I have had no passwords setup as Admin. So no problem installing programs as I needed until now.

I tried to install new ACDSee version Pro 2 and after inputing Serial Number and name I get the following message as it tries to install the program.

"The system Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation"

What gives as I am the only one using this puter!!???
