The back is about 4,000 to 5,000 Square feet, way bigger than the 1,000 to 1,500 these other yards have.
I have family in Montana, but no job there
I'm happy for now, Big house big garage.

Check out the Greasy Grass.
During deep sleep IT came to me and the future of processing is clear.
Future processors will primarily be digital tuning radios acting as grid computing nodes.

Warmer than Montana in the winter and cooler in the summer. So. not a bad choice at all.
PG&E is expensive, but not as expensive as other areas of the country.
Enjoy the house and I see houses are the main crop they are raising in that area now. First drove in that area in 1960 hauling hay and the like to the coast.

AH, maybe you are referring to PGE (Portland Gas and Electric). PG&E is Pacific Gas and Electric in Northern Calif.? Their rates are considerably different due to the "hydro power" in the Northwst, possibly the cheapest in the lower 48?

Forest Grove, one town west of Cornelius has much cheaper electric rates, but I will be 9 miles from work now, and taxes make a difference in my favor.
I am happy with the compromises with my choice
