    Adobe Flashplayer-Admin-rights or not?

i am really puzzled and have no clues why on some occasions i could install the flashplayer plugin in a restricted account but today i couldnt. its important to know why there are troubles. i want to implement it for showing my 3d-stereopanoramas. the actual solution on my website uses java. java cannot be installed in restricted accounts.
maybe its website-creators problem. i will now check if i can install "my" solution.
    thanks

I would create an admin account and use that to install software for all the users on the PC.

Why do you insist on using a restricted user account?

    installing panorama-plugins

it is not my but will be my clients problem if they cannot view my panoramas.
they do not or do not know how to change to administrators rights.
    qtvr needs admin. rights
    java needs admin rights.
adobe flash needs admin. rights or nor?
devalvr does not need it(good qtvr replacement).

Give them the book "Windows for Dummies" and tell them to read it.

When they are done, then they will be able to create admin accounts and set user permissions.

Installing Flash player does require admin privileges . There was some issues with older versions of Flash when upgrading , ex. with Firefox 3 , because of registry permissions ... http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...9148&sliceId=2.

Limited or restricted accounts are setup for a reason . Just tell them the requirements needed to view your pics, ex. what plugins are needed. Anything beyond that is considered tech support.

devalvr has an option to run video inside panorama.
    1. devalvr plugin can be installed even in a restricted account.
    2. video is running if one is surfing at least in a standard account. no administrators rights/privileges are needed.
update: i have only found this out by accident since i normally do not use a standard account. most important: active-x-element of flashplayer is installed.
plugins using normal flashplayer need admin.rights.
THAT IS THE MAIN ADAVANTAGE of dvr over qtvr, flashplayer, java
nasa and gigapan and google have introduced 3dstereo-solutions. their installation can only be done with admin-rights.
you will see what i mean when i have my new website installed. no need to have admin-account for installation of that unique plugin.
no need for anaglyph-glasses to view 3dstereo.
see my actual website with java-solution.
