Equivalent to Radeon 9800 Pro

I have an older PC that I use to run World Of Warcraft.

Specs are:

P4 2.4 Ghz
Radeon 9800 Pro (dead)
1 GB Ram
80GB HD

World of Warcraft runs great on it as is, except that video card died. Im in the market for a new card, something cheap that is equivalent to, or a little better then my old 9800 Pro. I have been out of the PC loop for so long I have no idea whats out there and how the cheaper cards compare. ATI or Nvidia

Any suggestions would help.
