Your ram has not been added to the tech data in cpuid.
Train,
Thank you VERY much for this. (i should have checked there myself)
I also thank you for taking the time to actually read my post (properly) without misreading, jumping to conclusions, and then trying to make me feel like a complete idiot without any computer experience what so ever.
Now it's a little old, but I think there are other issues relating to your questions. I have two rigs running the same ram and have had no problem with cpu-z showing serial number, date etc.
As to this memory, it does not like to be mixed with other different modules, size, speed etc. I tried to mix 2 sticks with 2 sticks of OCZ Gold, created at lot of problems. The tech guy at OCZ upgraded my gold to plat at no charge because of the problems. Mixing can actually slow your system down.
It also likes voltage set at 2.0 or above to run at it's rated speed. The default timings are a little loose, on my E6600/AW9D-Max combo I am running 2 gigs at 13-4-4-4, 1:1, 370 FSB. On my Q6600/P5W-DH Del combo, running 4 gigs at 10-4-4-2-3, 1:1, 300 FSB.
