Experience with TUT from answersthatwork.com?

Has anyone here used TUT (The Ultimate Troubleshooter) by answersthatwork.com? I don't see much from Google but I did see where a couple people think highly and one says it ate all of his apps and enough of the OS to kill it. I have a customer who is pushing us to use it.

Tell your client to knock himself out and give a try....Then tell him you'll charge double to undo it....

I don't have trouble using a hard drive utility from Western Digital....But these softwares that claim to cure all the ailments down to and including small pox make me cringe
