OCZ Gold XTC DDR2 PC6400 question

    http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...Z%20Technology

Hey everyone- been awhile. I recently bought the ram kit in the link for a great
price (even better if I get my rebate). Prob is I wanted to use this in a
Gigabyte GA-965P DS3 mobo but have heard of issues.

I haven't bought a Core 2 Duo mobo yet but was wondering if anyone could
recommend a mobo with the utmost chances of compatibility?

    thanks,

i don;t know about the GA mobo (they are generally rock solid and stable, not aimed for OCer)

but i do know the same ram works perfectly in the ASUS P5B Deluxe (see my specs)

I like GA mobos too, they are very good for stability. I always prefer GA over Asus for solid machines, and ASUS / ABIT for trying funky stuff, like OC, and stuff alikes, since they are aimed toward the crazy crowd
