Got a computer with win xp pro on connected to this computer by a 4 port belkin usb 2 card is a epson printer and a epson scanner both are usb 2.

The problem is scanner will not work when printer is connected to usb port but as soon as you remove the printer from the usb port scanner will then scan.

Have you any ideas.
