    Acronis help...Yo G!

Hopefully someone has the answer to this............here goes:

b4 i made an acronis image of customers hdd i checked all 5 user accounts to make sure i had access.......i had access......i never checked any of the subfolders..........so here's the issue............after the image was made in one user account i am getting an access denied error on ONLY the my music folder...............no big deal as this has happened to me b4 with certain subfolders...........i simply restore the image to a blank hdd & then take over permissions working off the hdd........i've done this numerous times as i am under the impression that you cant change permissions on an acronis image....................my problem is the image wont restore, it keeps erroring out.....i've tried diff hard drives, diff tech machines & diff versions of acronis.

Does anyone know how or is it even possible to take over permissions on an acronis image? The folder in question has 10gigs of itunes data.

    xp pro is the OS.

    thanks.
