    ANtec 400W PSU pp-403x no 4 pin 12V

I have an Antec 400W model pp-403x laying around it does not have the 4 pin 12v connector that many motherboards have. Will this work with a P4 mobo is it just to supply auxillary power?

    Thanks

It depends on the the motherboard, some do not require any aux 12v connection, some have a molex connector (like going to your hard drive) and others require the standard, square aux 12v connector. I have seen adapter cables from the molex to the square aux 12v connector like this one: http://www.directron.com/p4atx.html
