The Syd Barrett era is not as well known to the mainstream of people. He was not with Pink Floyd when they recorded Wish You Were Here and Dark Side of the Moon.

I saw pink floyd a few times over the years, the first time in 65 or 66 would have had sid in the band, but I dont remember much about it, other than they hung white sheets at the back of the club and played a little projector light show on them.

Thats a cool claim to have seen early Pink Floyd.
