    There's way more research that goes into selectiing sites by demographic than any of us knows. It's a meticulous science, nowadays. IF there was no return on putting them there, they wouldn't be there. Companies don't just throw money down the pipe. If they pay to put an ad somewhere, over and over, you can bet there's some return coming from it.

    No, I'm salaried. However many hours I put in, the pay is the same. I just do it because I like to do things right.
